Indoor Rowing

Y6 pupil pictured rowing at the indoor rowing competition.

Well done to our Year 6 children who represented the school in the indoor rowing tournaments. They competed brilliantly and were fantastic ambassadors for our school. A special mention goes to the girls’ team, who won their heat and have qualified for the County Finals, where they will proudly represent Central Warwickshire.

As part of the School Games programme, pupils took part in exciting indoor rowing competitions, testing their speed, stamina and determination, as they raced to complete a set distance in the fastest time possible.

The event challenged pupils to demonstrate strength and coordination, while developing resilience and perseverance. The children prepared for the event through competition in school and it was fantastic to see their enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
